How do I get a pre-approved?

You can select a lender from our "Provider Network" and contact them to obtain a loan pre-approval.  If you have already been pre-approved with a lender you can send us a copy of your pre-approval letter to info@homezale.com.

Our "Provider Network" is composed of expert and reliable service providers that can assist you during the home selling and buying process.  Our team of experts includes: Lenders, Home Inspectors, Appraisers, Homeowners Insurance, Title, Warranty and everything you will need for your home sale and purchase. 


How does HOMEZALE help me search and tour homes?

We will send you a link with the best homes that match your ideal home criteria.  Feel free to "Search Homes" on HOMEZALE.com.  Let us know which homes you would like to view and we will schedule the private tours around your schedule.  HOMEZALE can arrange Virtual Tours for your convenience, if you are out of town or cannot be present to view the homes.  We will send you a link to your email with access to the Virtual Tours of the homes you selected.


How do I decide how much to offer?

Once you have found the perfect home, HOMEZALE will email you a free Home Market Analysis of the home you have selected.  Your HOMEZALE agent will provide expert advice and help negotiate the best deal for your future home.


Why should I get a Home Inspection?

A Home Inspection provides a thorough analysis of the condition of the home and helps identify any repairs that need to be addressed prior to closing.  A certified and professional inspector will go into the home you are under contract with and check for any damages to the property.


Why is a Home Warranty important?

Our Buyers get a 1 Year Home Warranty when they buy a home with HOMEZALE.  A home warranty protects you from incurring expensive repairs on your home.  The home warranty will cover everything from appliances to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning.


What is an Escrow Deposit?

An Escrow Deposit is a good-faith gesture to the seller that shows that you are serious about purchasing their home.  The Escrow Deposit cannot be moved or touched without written agreement from the buyer and seller.  At closing, the deposit is applied to the balance of the down payment.


How much should I offer for the Escrow Deposit?

An Escrow Deposit is normally a minimum of 1% of the purchase price of the home.  A higher Escrow Deposit will make your offer stronger and show the seller that you are a serious Buyer.  When your offer is accepted the money from the escrow deposit will need to be deposited with a Title Company within 1-3 Days.
